Services

Our doors are open to all who seek to worship, learn and serve the community. Our spiritual life centers on Shabbat, the weekly Sabbath celebration. Everyone is welcome to attend Shabbat services.

Friday Shabbat Service Schedule

1st Friday: Simcha Shabbat Service at 7:30pm
We celebrate the joys in our lives and enjoy an oneg Shabbat.
2nd Friday: Kol Shabbat Service at 6:30pm
A camp-style service with a song-leader playing guitar, sometimes led in part by students in our Youth Engagement Program. 
3rd Friday: Shabbat Service at 7:30pm
4th Friday: Kabbalat Shabbat Service at 6:30pm
This musical services features a small band on instruments.
5th Friday: Shabbat Service at 7:30pm
(if there is a 5th Friday)

Saturday Morning

Torah Study at 9:30am
All are welcome to attend Torah Study for a spirited discussion of our sacred text

Tot Shabbat at 10:30am
Held on the first and third Saturday of the month, young children 6 and under sing along with our clergy, hear stories, have Torah parades, and receive special blessings. The whole family is welcome! RSVPs encouraged to Michelle at mmeyer@cbict.org

Morning Service at 11:00am
This service includes a reading from the Torah, and often a Bar or Bat Mitzvah.
